how to reinvent and rekindle to have the life you were meant to have

Dr. Keith Brown was living the life he had worked so hard to have and then, in what seemed like only moments, he lost it all. In this place of loss, he first took the time to really listen to his spirit, asking for help and direction. Once he had that instruction, he began to utilize his mind to put things into action. It was out of this process that Dr. Keith developed his own “Back to Basics” program to reclaim his life and re-create the future that he was destined to live. Now, he helps others get to that place where their spirit and their mind align, which he believes is the true method of getting them to where they are meant to be.

Dr. Keith has an earned Doctor of Ministry degree in Apologetics and Theology, a Masters of Divinity degree that included training in crisis counseling, and a Bachelors of Science degree in Business Administration emphasizing Math and Economics. Dr. Keith is a certified hypnotist and member of the International Hypnosis Association. He is also a professional, award-winning magician and has been awarded a Doctor of Magic degree from the International Magicians Society’s Magic Academy. Dr. Keith has several published works of fiction and non-fiction that can be found on his site. The role that he is most proud of is his role as a father to his son, David.

On Monday, May 9, our guest will be author and coach Cindy Stradling. She will discuss what it takes to become a “SELF” Defined Woman?

A “SELF” Defined Woman has a superior commitment to success and achieves results by demonstrating her power by who she is and what she does.

Are there times in your life where you hold back and not say what is really on your mind? Do you sometimes feel tired, lack energy and feel disengaged? Do you know your true strengths and how to leverage them? Have you ever felt like you didn’t know what direction to take? Have you ever over reacted only to wish you could take back your response?

If you said Yes! you need to listen to this interview.

In her coaching practice, Cindy works with many women who all have one thing in common: they do better when they know better. What would life be like if you were able to:

E = exude enthusiasm, energy and be engaging

L = leverage your strengths and live a purposeful life

F = freely and powerfully choose your path, responses and actions in life

On May 2, our guest will be Sue London, and we’ll be talking about letting go of fear.

Sue helps people and their pets overcome difficult or traumatic situations in their lives. Through her radio show GET INSPIRED, coaching, healing practice, writing and personal appearances, Sue London offers caring support and optimism to people and their pets who are suffering.

Over a ten year period Sue battled Crohns disease, abuse, near death, divorce and was given 30 minutes to live. When she became pregnant with her second child, Sue was told it was unlikely she could deliver the baby she was carrying. The disease had flared up and her health was in grave danger. Sue persevered and delivered a healthy baby girl. The disease went into remission.

Faced with a giant STOP SIGN, Sue made the left turn of a lifetime, adopted a positive outlook and never looked back! Throughout this amazing journey, Sue’s now deceased dog, Rocky (a Shih-Tzu) remained a devoted companion. Rocky helped Sue to realize the positives in her life by providing constant unconditional love and support. Sue began writing a children’s book series, “Rocky’s Journey”, about a magical dog named Rocky, and his many encounters with people in need. Sue’s mission was to reach out to others, especially children with emotional and physical challenges. Sue went on to publish her inspirational life story, “Soar Above It All – Overcoming Adversities in Life”. This is a story of challenges and triumph over illness, abuse, disease, divorce, and near death.

Sue inspires audiences and readers of all ages to do the things that they’ve postponed for too long. She encourages people to adopt a positive attitude and stay true to their dreams – as she has personally done so successfully in her own life.

Now as an international radio host Sue inspires audiences. Sue has regained her health. She is enjoying life in Burlington, Ontario, Canada, where she teaches others how to heal themselves, their loved ones, and their pets; she coaches people to make positive life changes; operates an intuitive healing practice with people and animals; writes books; speaks professionally, and works in the community to share her passion of helping others GET INSPIRED.

Sue accomplishments include being nominated for HALTON WOMAN OF THE YEAR 2004, and awarded the BUSINESS MASTERY AWARD 2007 by John Assaraf, star of the major motion picture/ and book, THE SECRET. Sue has been featured in over 50 magazines around the world. She has been interviewed on over 300 + international radio shows. Sue is being featured in an upcoming book in summer of 2011 called, “A Doctor’s Guide to Dog Therapy and Healing. The Power of Wagging Tails”. Sue is being featured in Jack Canfield’s upcoming book “PEOPLE WHO SUCCEED” .Recently Sue was featured on Cable television on the Pet Network. The segment was such a success Sue was brought back to do 3 more segments. Sue’s television career is now beginning to unfold! And finally Sue has just become a radio host for TRANSFORMATION TALK RADIO and will be heard by millions there and on WBLQ 1230 AM radio out of New England, New York, Rhode Island, and Connecticut. Sue is thrilled and grateful to be making such a positive difference around the world for many.

<itunes:summary>On May 2, our guest will be Sue London, and we'll be talking about letting go of fear.

Sue is being featured in an upcoming book in summer of 2011 called, “A Doctor's Guide to Dog Therapy and Healing.

That’s the question that started it all for me.

A friend asked me that question one day, and my answer was an automatic “Yes”. But that evening when I went home and while cooking my supper, I mulled the question over in my mind. Do you like what you do? With a resounding “No!” I admitted how bored I had been with my career and job, how sometimes I just wanted to run from the office. I also realized how miserable I felt at times, like there was no way out. It was at that moment that I decided to do something about it.

After 15 years of exploring, I finally figured out what work is an emotional fit for me. On this site and in my book, I share my three-step process with you so that you, too, can create the life of your fantasy and look forward to Mondays.

If you are in a career haitus, start by getting to know yourself. This is the first step in the three-step process to finding work that will fulfill you and it is also the longest step.

Then feel the fear. If you keep running away from how you feel, the feeling will come back and bite you in a tender place! Fear will never go away, as long as you live. The truth is you already know what job or career would be a good fit for you, but you are held back by a form of fear. Take action to remove fear.

And just do it anyway. The best way to get going is to get going. Start badly, but start anyway as moments will never be perfect, and Someday is not a day on the calendar!

I went through all these three steps to get to where I am today, living on my own terms. On this site you will get information from authors, radio show guests, and myself on how to get to know yourself, feel the fear, and do it anyway. Subscribe through the RSS feed to get updates.
